To our customers
Axcis 360 – Virtual Photography cc, wishes to offer its customers the best possible quality and service according to the product enquired about; also informing the customer about other products that may be of interest. For this purpose we gather and process information about your company. This information contains company name and address, orders and payment, credit check, returns and complaints, in addition to other information you may have given us in conjunction with market research etc.
This information is stored by Axcis360. Axcis360 is responsible for this information. Good service from us requires our customers to inform us about any changes concerning the above mentioned information. The customer may demand to have their information changed or deleted.

Information about buying
Axcis360 offer you quality products to reasonable prices and good terms of payment. All our products go through a thorough quality control. Should you receive a faulty product, we will change it immediately – without extra charges. If you wish to return your product, we offer 14 days buy back guarantee, from day of delivery. Axcis 360 may demand a small service charge to cover costs, if a product is returned.

To Axcis360
The product, 360 Virtual Tour, is owned by Axcis360. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer owns – for 1 year – all rights to the product. To extend the rights of the product, the customer must pay a yearly premium. The price of this is offered in the pricelist.
Terms of payment
Only upon receiving the product, is an invoice issued. Payment must be done by the date given on the invoice. If payment is not received by the date given, a second invoice is issued, with notice about cancellation of the product, if payment is not done by the new payment due date. If still no payment has been made after the new payment date, the product may be closed and the agreement terminated. A summons will then be issued, where payment for the product is demanded, in addition to payment overdue charges, accountant charges, and interest charges.
With overdue payments, Axcis360 can demand service charges and interest charges paid by the customer.
Prices
Prices are stipulated in the pricelist of Axcis360.
Delivery
Delivery of the 360 Virtual Tour to Axcis360’s customers is normally 7 working days after pictures have been taken, and necessary material for the product is received (company logo, texts, graphical profiles etc). Delivery is made, by the customer getting access to the product on the Internet. A unique URL-address with the customers’ product is created, and the customer will be informed about this URL-address via email.
If the delivery is expected to take longer than 7 days, Axcis360 will let the customer know ASAP. Axcis360 can, if necessary, extend the delivery time.
When ordering two or more products, delivery can be split into two or more deliveries. Split delivery is made at no extra charge for the customer.
Returns
The customer has 14 days to return the product, with a buy back guarantee from Axcis 360. This means that the customer must let Axcis 360 know within 14 days upon receiving the product. Axcis 360 can be contacted on:

The customer must include the following information when returning a product: a) delivery number, b) invoice number, c) names of the products being returned.
If the customer chooses to return a product, Axcis360 will as soon as possible pay back the money the customer paid for the product, minus a service charge to cover extra costs.
Disputes
Any disputes or disagreements concerning these terms and conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Miscellaneous
After receiving an order from a customer, Axcis360 has no rights of changing the terms and conditions. Information about orders and other information must be given to info@axcis360.com, or in writing to:

Links to other web-pages
Axcis360 may include links – on the product – to other web-pages owned and run by a third party. It is the customers’ responsibility to control and accept the terms and conditions of any such third party web-pages, before using them. The customer also acknowledges that Axcis360 can in no way take responsibility or/and controls the contents of such web-pages. Furthermore, a link to such a web-page, means in no way that Axcis360 supports or condones services offered by such a web-page.
